Version 11.1.1 is a point release intended to correct a handful of issues that are impacting users in advance of the feature driven 11.2 release intended for later this year. The FlowJo version 11.1.1 installer is bundled with BD Access Portal version 2.6.1.
Bug Fixes
- FlowJo correction matrices can be applied to acquisition defined and imported matrices. Previously, the correction matrix only applied to matrices created in FlowJo.
- Multi-select of populations and statistics in Tables is improved. Previously statistics were only being added for the top population.
- Virtually Concatenated Populations (VCP) stats error corrected. Previously, if a VCP was added to Reports, the statistics would reflect the Experiment Data group even if a sub-population was selected.
- Boolean Gates stats error corrected. Previously, the frequency of parent for OR gates was being calculated as the frequency of only one contributing population.
- Support added for file paths with accent marks.
- Padding on displayed p-values in Charts has been improved to prevent obscuration of the chart.

- Bigfoot derived FCS files are displayed incorrectly with a reduced scale
MetaData manager
- Parameters with the same $PnN but different $PnS will show an incorrect warning label indicating they are duplicates.
Unmixing
- In the unmixing wizard, NxN plots for BD FACSDiscover S8 data can have misleading labels
Hierarchy
- Editing the group criteria of a group created by dragging in a folder produces no effect.
- See-All populations has been temporarily disabled to improve functionality.
Graph Window
- A zero event population shown on a histogram plot will turn the whole plot blue instead of white.
- When in VCP mode, population statistics are not updated after deleting a sample from a group.
