The Settings tool lists all approved (whitelisted) email suffixes for FlowJo™, Infinicyt™, and/or SeqGeq™ group licenses. This restriction ensures that only users associated with your institution can join the license.
The Settings page displays all Approved Email Suffixes that are whitelisted to allow access through the group license.
- Approving only institutional and/or company email addresses adds a layer of security to BD Access Portal group license.
- The license Admin can only invite users who have BD Access Portal accounts.
- If an Admin would like to invite users with third party email addresses or users outside of their organization, they can request that email suffixes be added to their group license by contacting flowjoaccountservices@bd.com.
