The BD Access Portal application is automatically installed during the installation of the analysis software (FlowJo™ v11 or Infinicyt™ v3.0). Users should rely on the BD Access Portal application installers that are bundled with the analysis software.
Standalone installers are intended only for IT‑managed or special deployment scenarios and may have not been validated with specific software configurations.
