BD Access Portal (formerly FlowJo Portal) is our username/password-based licensing system that allows users to purchase annual individual or group (5+ users) licenses. Users enter their unique credential to log in to FlowJo™ Software on up to 4 internet connected computers, one at a time. BD Access Portal licenses allow updates to all future versions of FlowJo while the license is active.
BD Access Portal accounts are for a single user and are free to create before or after you purchase a license at cloud.flowjo.com. Licenses associated with a BD Access Portal account provide convenient access to all our products.

Per our EULA, BD Access Portal (formerly FlowJo Portal) accounts are user-specific and are not to be shared. Each individual license or seat in a group license is assigned to a user’s unique Portal account. Each user can authorize up to four devices for FlowJo, using one at a time. Additionally, users can replace up to four devices annually if they are broken or upgraded. This is designed to offer the user flexibility. If additional users wish to have access to FlowJo, send a request over to flowjooffice@bd.com for additional licenses.
We do offer dongle trade-in credit that requires that you return or destroy your Dongle upon switching to an annual subscription license.
