General Improvements

  • Cross-version compatibility: Open FlowJo™ v10 Software workspaces in FlowJo™ v11 (with some limitations).
  • Faster control with keyboard shortcuts for most functions via keyboard shortcuts.
  • Easily return to launcher to switch workspaces.
  • Improved tSNE performance (TBD).


Metadata Manager

  • Import keywords directly into Metadata Manager for simplified metadata organization.


Compensation Wizard

  • Improved Compensation Wizard with an integrated transform properties panel and preserved graphs and

settings.


Graph Window Enhancements

  • Improved graph window with absolute scales for Color Axes and high-resolution export and copy/paste outputs.
  • Display downstream populations in graph gallery.
  • Backgating now available in gallery view to help you identify your populations


Imaging

  • Directly read FACSDiscover CVW files for easier access to imaging data.
  • Better performance with large BD FACSDiscover™ Platform of Instrument files.


Reports

  • New plot control tools added to reports for more flexibility in customizing reports.
  • Improved text pasting and layout consistency.
  • Better integration between virtually concatenated populations and reports.
