Reconnected FCS files in FlowJo

  • Changing the location of files or the workspace will disconnect the two. 
  • If you have ongoing issues with located FCS files creating an archive file is a good option, though a much larger file size. 
  • FlowJo looks for the folder the files are in rather than the individual files, select the folder your FCS files are located
