Cell Cycle Analysis

The Cell Cycle Graph Window

To launch the Cell Cycle platform, select any sample or gated population and choose Cell Cycle from the Tools menu, right-click on a sample and choose Add Cell Cycle, or click on the Cell Cycle Button after addding it to the workspace tool bar.

Once you have opened the platform, you will see a Cell Cycle node has been created in the workspace. This node can be applied to any other sample or group via drag-and-drop.

From the Cell Cycle Graph Window, you can choose a model, create phase gates, add additional statistics, and constrain the data for a better fit.
