Adjunct Histograms

Adjunct Histograms display a single parameter's data alongside a bivariate plot in the FlowJo Layout Editor. The upper histogram represents the X axis parameter. The histogram on the right represents the Y axis parameter.

How to show Adjunct Histograms: With a plot in the Layout Editor (Contour, Density, Dot, Pseudocolor or Zebra plot) place mouse pointer in the plot and right click. A pick list of features will appear. Select “Show Adjunct Histograms.

To undo this feature, bring up the feature pick list for the plot and select “Hide Adjunct Histograms
