PC:
- Right-click on My Computer > Properties > Hardware tab > Device Manager > Disk Drive
- Find the USB drive and double click on it
- Click on the details tab
- Make sure that Device Instance is chosen. The Serial ID for the dongle will appear after the slash mark.
