The bug report form is for users with the latest version of FlowJo on supported operating systems only.

If you need help with FlowJo but you have an older version, or if you are running one of the unsupported operating systems, please update your software before contacting support.

Current PC version is 7. Current supported PC operating systems: Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows Vista

Current Mac version is 8.
Current supported Mac operating systems: OS10.2.8, OS10.3.x, OS10.4.x

Unsupported operating systems:

OS8.x, OS9, OSX prior to 10.2.8, win95, win98, winNT, winME
